After training with the best coaches in China for Sanda and Shuai Jiao, Dr. Ramirez traveled to Indonesia to learn a battle tested guerilla fighting style, Bangau Putih Silat.  Dr. Ramirez later found renowned Grand Master Lu Feng-Lin, and is now the only american allowed to be called his disciple and Martial Art lineage holder.

Dr. Ramirez is a two-time national full contact Sanda champion, consulted for martial arts video games, and is one of few certified Catch wrestlers.
