Acupuncture

MARTIAL ARTS INSTRUCTION:

Chinese Kickboxing (Sanda)
Tournament style fighting from China using punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and grappling/wrestling against opponents.  This sport is great for improving flexibility, strength, and self confidence.

Self Defense
Quick and efficient techniques for self defense that incorporate traditional techniques not allowed in tournaments into fighting.

Tai Chi Chuan (Tai Ji Quan)

Qi Gong (Chi Kung)
